Rose Thorne Photography was founded on the principle that there is a real human in front of the lens; you. Rather than getting too set into a specific "look" or "character", our shoots are about who you are. In a relaxed, casual environment, the sparkle that makes you unique can shine through. The result is a set of beautiful, genuine headshots that captivate.

 

So how does this work?

 

First, we have a conversation. Getting to know who you are is the key to capturing amazing images. We'll discuss what is (or isn't) working in your current headshots, what avenue you and your agent/manager have decided to go down, and what to bring the day of. Don't stress; this is all about making you the most comfortable you can be, so feel free to ask as many questions as you want. 

 

What happens the day of the shoot?

 

You'll bring your old headshots (either physical copies or on your phone) so we can look through them and talk about where to go from there. Then, we'll pick and choose from the wardrobe options you brought. After we've got hair + makeup set and you're relaxed and ready, we'll begin shooting! It will go by in the blink of an eye, and you will leave feeling confident in the time we spent capturing who you are. ​​
